The book i bought at the brand new QB bookstore

Today i began to realize that in terms of the way i run business, i neglected sum things that i should've focused on more
I remember the reason why i build this business in the 1st place and began to use it as the corner stone of our business
PRICE
Not designs,Not materials, but Price
THEN comes down to Positioning
Focus on Basketball and items that are related only to Basketball


Today i calculated the cash flow on our business through the 3 latest major deal.
Today i found out the cloth i gave to Ginting wouldnt make the ammount of Jerseys requested
It just aint that much
SO today i decided to reduce the ammount and try to focus on having more items with less ammount, than less items with more ammount.

Today, i waited out for the weekend where those 3 deals would cut in and show it's results.
Waiting for all the orders get done so that we'll have new items to sell at GOR C'tra Arena
and more stuffs to sell to Nouhan.
He'll bring those stuffs with him to GOrontalo and Manado where as i heard, business is strong overthere
I'll wait for results on that

AND so that we'd have more stuffs to take pics of

After that, we decided to put more money on our business, invest more
and create more items.
Designs are ready, we'd need to shop for good and high quality cloth.

We're ready to kick it into high gear
