What every Employee Needs...

I Combine what i read from "GREAT COMMUNICATION SECRETS" book, watching my new favorite movie "The Miracle" about the 1980 US Hockey Team, and my conversation with Gamila.

The result is a hyped up leadership pattern.

Hard Rock FM Bandung is about to start a new with the upcoming year of 2005
Conditions, well it could be worse, and still i wish it'd get better

I decided to use New Year as a moment to drive my guys at the Program Division.
I gathered the guys telling em that im having a NewYear Fiest.
When actually im creating a facility for me to Communicate my thoughts and Mission for 2005. The pattern i used that day was gathered from sources mention above.
Here are the Elements:

1. I tried to open their mind and dig out their pride in the company by baring facts about other similar company and how they really are no where close to our company class
With it, their doubts, their boredom would hopefully disappeare. No more Distractions.

2. Enemy would draw a team together. An enemy would even drew a country together. So decided to create an Enemy for our guys to Beat. A reason to succeed, a reason to accelarate, a reason to unite, a reason to win.

3. After giving them reasons, i demonstrated how we can win the war. Something that breaks down to simple tasks that they can accomplish. I explained it to them how that simple tasks would make huge effect on the company. It gives them hope and confidence to want to go and compete, even want to win.

4. Then, i rose them to a higher place by giving them compliments and giving them proud. Making them believe i NEED them to win. I believe in Team Work, not Individual Stardom.

5. It is said that A Leadership Message has to be told several times in order to make the message actually stays inside their hearts rather tanh inside their minds. So everytime i got to a point i always got back and tell them how that relates to the single mission we have, its to win over our enemy.

6. Then, i let them Fiest.
